No doubt you had a different experience.  I think we just caught her on the wrong day.  And thus, we were part of the innocent folks that get accidentally slaughtered-- a small minority for sure, but not a comfort for those who happen to be in that statistical group.  I had hoped United would have dealt with things differently-- but that is the casualty of war in service companies that operate on thin margins.</description>

		<description>I actually have had a different experince. My account was under review investigation for over 5 years and, thus, considered to be closed. I had over 375K miles in my account and for over 5 years I was not allowed to access them. Finally, I wrote a letter and after much red tape my case was transfered to Ms. Marla Milus who within 2-months was able to resolve the account to full standing albeit suspending some of the miles which was accrued as a result of me purchasing tickets for my family members.</description>
