The only thing this article touches on though is how bad employees are. There is an employee out there somewhere saying "damn, if only I could find a competent boss." There are certainly such things as bad employees but they are no less abundant by percentage than incompetent boss's who cast blame on everyone around them. Boss's have families to feed too and can be perfectly well meaning and friendly yet utterly foolish when it comes to their business. You're writing from a boss's perspective because you happen to be the boss. That's normal, of course. But, be careful not to sound preachy or trite when you talk about "the others".
