There is an employee out there somewhere saying &quot;damn, if only I could find a competent boss.&quot;  There are certainly such things as bad employees but they are no less abundant by percentage than incompetent boss&#039;s who cast blame on everyone around them.  Boss&#039;s have families to feed too and can be perfectly well meaning and friendly yet utterly foolish when it comes to their business.  You&#039;re writing from a boss&#039;s perspective because you happen to be the boss.  That&#039;s normal, of course.  But, be careful not to sound preachy or trite when you talk about &quot;the others&quot;.</description>
